Before Submitting a Claim:
As per our terms of service, Soak City Express Car Wash is not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions or vehicle modifications. This includes but is not limited to: loose moldings, damaged antennas, cracked windows, previously damaged mirrors, aftermarket parts, or prior body damage.

What if I notice damage after leaving the car wash?
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of your wash. We recommend inspecting your vehicle before leaving our facility. If you discover damage after leaving, please submit your claim as soon as possible with clear photos.
Will my insurance be involved?
In most cases, we handle valid claims directly without involving insurance companies. However, for significant damage claims, our insurance provider may need to be involved in the resolution process.
What types of claims are typically not covered?
We generally cannot accept claims for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, loose vehicle components, aftermarket accessories, or damage that occurs in self-service areas such as vacuum stations.
How will I be compensated if my claim is approved?
Each claim is handled on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, we may offer repair services, compensation, or other appropriate remedies.
